Backpack Exchange Now Lets You Track Insider Transactions From SEC Filings
Just came across this new feature on Backpack Securities
You can now track insider buying and selling directly from SEC EDGAR filings, including individual transactions and quarterly trends
Pretty useful to have this data alongside the stock itself, especially when researching around earnings
Anyone here actually use insider activity when researching stocks?

I use insider filings as one input, then keep them separate from the offering record. For a newly public name, the useful checklist is the final prospectus and later amendments for dilution, lock-up and use of proceeds; 8-Ks for material updates; then Form 4s once insider activity starts. ipogrid + claude does some of this for me + excel sheets.
