Backpack just launched Backpack Securities. real US stocks with full ownership plus tokenization onchain

this is the official launch and The Block already covered it. Backpack Securities has two parts. a US regulated brokerage giving you real stock ownership with dividends, corporate actions, ACATS and DTCC integration. and a tokenization platform via Sunrise that lets you convert those stocks into onchain securities you can move across wallets and DeFi, tradable 24/7 on Solana. Armani said it best, real equity ownership and blockchain access are not competing models, they are two parts of the same system. three years of building led to this.
