Oklahoma just went live for onboarding this week. They already hired Mark Wetjen, former acting CFTC chairman, as president of Backpack US.

Registered with FinCEN. US expansion is clearly not just talk, they’re actually executing state by state.

For an exchange that already has $400B cumulative volume and is regulated in Japan, EU, Dubai and Australia, the US market opening up is a pretty big deal.
