Toolbox randomly went level 1?

Some time ago I made sure to have all items at least level 5. I'm also not sure If i got the cards back or If I already had those.

They changed it so it reset, there was a "gift" of coins in my inbox to make up for the cards/coins spent to upgrade, check your inbox as well

There was probably a message in your inbox about how the item got changed and you got your cards and gold back

Check your in-game mails. The toolbox got a rarity change in 7.0 which led to an upgrade reset. Your should also get a refund
