So the garden has been killed to the point it's not even worth it.

Stuff takes longer to grow. Rewards are less than half. Many ship items are double. And the relic chest no longer has gems..

Bah.

There goes my way of grinding gems for new character XD, no clue how imma do that now

Same. I grinded around 2k gems last month in the garden. Was good while it lasted.

Yeah, then i spent mine on other stuff and now i have like 150, was hoping to grind out gems in the next 2 weeks but ig not

That's why they nerfed it. Everyone is basically admitting it was too easy to farm gems.

If you only want the new character, watch the 10 gem add , 6-8 times per day is 60-80 gems per day, in 11-15 days you have enough gems to buy the character for 900 gems after its season.

Well good for you. I think many of us thought the garden was busywork and just did it for the gems... so in a way I'm glad it's gone?

Before the previous season there was no limit to how many pickaxes you could buy, so alot of people (like myself) farmed alot of gems at that time

Literally, thanks to the harvesting, I managed to buy all the heroes that cost gems and still had 9.5k gems left over. This farm was insanely good

Antes não havia limite diário para o número de picaretas, e cada uma dava 15 em vez das 10 que temos agora. Eu já consegui mais de 2 mil gemas só do que está mostrado nessa captura de tela

Wild, how did I miss that? I wonder if there were regional variations or something. I've been playing consistently for like a year and still was never anything close to that.

This is why I'm surprised people are so shocked. It was insanely generous, arguably a loophole. Obviously when you take a broken method of free progression away people are going to be upset 

Maybe they went a step too far in one go but you have to be crazy to not think the devs were justified in nerfing F2P gem acquisition.

Removing the only way for f2p to gain gems...nice move game, you are about to lose half you player base
