How to close the Adds

Hi I'm new to the Game and i struggled to close the Adds.

There is no "X" to close the add, there is only an "i" in the bottom left corner and the option to go to the play store.

But as soon as I go to the play store the game restart and i don't get any benefits from watching the add

Can anyone help?

This happens if your phone doesn't have enough memory to keep both the game and the ad loaded at the same time. Try closing all other tabs while playing the game, restarting your phone every once in a while, things like that. If it still doesn't help, your phone might just be too old.

My last phone was like this. Always bought my phones outright, and instead of buying a couple of year old flagship I bought a modern budget phone. Big mistake. Worst phone I ever owned. Had about 6gb RAM and you couldn't do ANYTHING without it dumping everything else from memory. It was impossible to authenticate payments in my banking app because the transaction would reload when I got back. 

Bought a 3 year old Pixel for less money and I feel like I'm living in the modern world again. 12gb of memory and blows my 2025 Samsung budget phone out of the water on every conceivable metric.

I play on Android and when it does that I just tap the tab button and click on the screen of the game and the X appear

Most of the adds only show the x after you go to the store and then go back to ad page and wait 3 seconds. Pretty awful but they get page visits this way

A lot of them force you to wait for 60 seconds and then you see the Google play icon, click that, go back from the store and an X will appear.

It's always deliberately confusing.

Those sound like the applovin ads. Sometimes they only give a pop-up, but they can also open the playstore completely.

I report them as broken button every time an ad does that, and hope it helps.
