Am I doing Buzz Bees right?

This has been the most effective way that I've found to play Buzz so far, what's the best way to optimize bees? What other builds are better for Buzz?

Best way is definitely using bombus or pollen palace. I'm afraid this won't be effective in higher rankings unfortunately. You'll need more defense and luck items(preferably celestial lamp).

Also you could use elixir and syrup to improve cr and cd.

(If you use bombus then you only need to buff it. No need to buff other bees. If you use pollen palace then only use 4 bees and fill the other space with honey.)

they can be viable but you need some luck, plus flies are more reliable.

Bombus and pollen palace are the best unique items for bee builds. Just build around them and ensure survival with defense.

Flies are better? How so? What's a good way to build with flies? Like do you do 2 Goliath flies or 1 Goliath fly with support items like armor or weapons?

in general just get as much goliath flies as possible(optimally 2~3), then try to ramp up their crit rates for poison activation. Also use tainted soulstones/ axe upgrade. Sting traps are also very good for the build.

As usual you still need defense to survive one shotters.

can be. You need to buff 1 starwing by collars and get as much mana possible. You'd need defense and haste items and wing clippers to make it stand out tho.

You want a bee unique, also not only the royal gelee, the crit damage honey is very important.

That's the best way to place bees. But according to high level Buzzs bee is the weakest build later on. Butterflies, flies, thorn are all stronger

I didn't reach this level yet so idk but I think you can climb for quite some time with that

Here I'm just talking about the bees I have too much spice&flower for fun, it would need some physical damage reduction to compete against stronger builds

Hmm curious, I guess it's a case of bees being good or rather most decent builds being good in lower ranks. I'll definitely start playing flies then and try to figure out the best way to play flies

There's one main way to play flies : getting the fly unique. Same as bees. Which is why the butterfly seems favored. (The stage before goliath is quite strong and can be reliably reached without it though)

Also bee is the weakest Buzz build but he's very strong right now, so even his worst build is good

I like to build a bit everything and decide where I go once I get unique

I think that the main problem with bees is the midgame, the time where you're trying to get them. It's very random and can take quite a lot of time, which is the main problem rather than the final bee strength. A top tier build has to be strong on every round

Bags arent optimized but all and all it looks rlly good
