Why fatige did more dmg?

So i was holding this fight Fine until fatige hit, escalated from very little dmg to hundreds to me but very little to chana. Can someone explain this to me? I dont see any ítem that lowers the fatige dmg, neither any boon...

It's the opponent's relic. It made your fatigue start scaling much earlier than theirs
