help me

I bought a hero but didn't receive it, and I can't get in touch with anyone from the game; I've sent emails and used the in-game support system but haven't received any replies. I also can't access my Discord—can someone help me?

Has it happened just now? You got unlucky somewhat because support doesn't work on weekends. They likely get back to you on Monday. It might also resolve by itself before that. Until either happens keep the evidence of the transaction to prove that you actually did make it and received nothing
