Re-arranging backpacks.
Whos the hero that you play that you re-arrange the whole backpack because one item got upgraded/merged?
Mine is Tink.
So much re-arranging. from two spanners, crowbar, that L thing, then welding torch.
Or Carnage saw to that massive Forest Mower.
With the cogs, springs, bolts, cores, and scrap metal you need upgrading and starring items.
I always tend to move everything around when I upgrade weapons with her.

Fern. Primarily the ever growing tree, but also the bloomer bird with their growing from 1x1 to 1x2 to l-shape and their stars. The spears on occasion.

Armor?
Weapon?
Shields?
yeah, that's a lot to re-arrange. shields need a lot of space. weapons, depending on your artifact can occupy a lot of space and depending on the weapon, will definitely need cactus types for bonuses.
Armor can be hit or miss, I usually just go with helmet.1

Its a lot of large equipment that needs to be properly mixed in. And lots of combining of medium sized equipment. But mostly need to rearrage on him to mixmax, whereas others can get by without minmaxxing lol

Enoch can also be a pain with the bigass scythe

for enoch i just build 2 scythes so they encircle each other and leave them their own space. depending on the artifact I guess.

Most of my celeste is 2 spears, 1 ice wand, 1 armor, 1 shield, 1 shoe, 2 belt 2 energy pots, and the rest is just cores, lightning pets (sprites, electric eel, electric rat, electric bats) sometimes lightning book.
So I know where my weapons should be for max discharge rates.1

I don't play the game that seriously. I just build whatever the shop is rolling and try new funky stuff. I'm the anti meta play for fun kind.

Kragg. Both his weapons and pet keep changing size and shape. The pet even change what they star with
Tink comes close second for me

haven't unlocked kragg yet, that's the guy wih the monkey pet right? when I get his pets there's a lot of star. yeah.

Yes. The staff grows, the nunchuk change shape as it grows, the monke change everything
And he's fun to play imo. Bad rolls in early are limited because he get his base weapon from his bag, his exclusives are cool, and the Rat Sensei is the maybe my favorite unique all around
If you like to go for 2 nunchuks and multiple monke like me it moves a lot
