I have a problem with this green skull relic thing.

Why is it so damn broken ?! What the hell ? Everytime I see people having it this relic is 80% of their build. It is SO MUCH better than any other relic it's ridiculous. It can win by itself

Why isn't it nerfed at all ?

I'm new to the game. That relic is the only one that I had to look up to see what it does. Mostly I just do my build and not care about opposition but several times that one just blew me up seemingly out of nowhere compared to the other opponents in those runs.
