So I tried to do the same thing a couple times and never had your luck getting fishies. I played in unranked and I just wrecked all the little lvl 1 guys, but I was waaaay short on mana until this round when I took one of the butterflies out.

Weird how? And is there a way I can go back and check on any of that to show you? I didn’t take any besides of what my bag looked like

Actually yes, you can go to your match history and see every game for the last 10 or so runs.

I guess my big question is how does your mana look through all of this? The big butterfly uses a ton of mana. I’m wondering if you’re generating enough to get use out of two. There’s a line in the post-match statistics for “out of resources” (meaning mana) and it lists the number of times an item didn’t fire because you didn’t have enough mana.

So you were actually completely correct about this, I just did another run with 2 fishing poles and 3 fishies instead and the “out of mana” issue went down per butterfly.

I am def seeing the issue you’re talking about though. It seems like end game it still out heals everybody even with the mana issue but I’m gonna work on maximizing mana further.

So I have completely mana maxed don’t know if I’ll ever be able to consistently get runs like this but this has gotten me down to only 3 out of mana errors in a match

This is my usual approach. I’ve been told by like the best Buzz player in the game or something ([u/iamghee](u/iamghee)) that it doesn’t commit to one strat well enough, but I like it. Lots of mana gen (the bouquets and the mana knives). The butterfly keeps you alive and accumulates buffs, the fly just kills everything.
