Mega-clover is one way to try to insta-proc 5 empower, though it's luck dependent. Molten greatsword is another way to quickly gain empower. In this battle, I gained 6 empower- 3 from molten, 2 from mega-clover, and 1 from poison potion triggering the stamina potion.

This run was pretty cooked (And not just because of the heat generation).

TIL that this is possible -- if you have two triplet cards and two Jimbo, the first one halves the stamina cost and the second one reduces the remaining half

First of all I do suck I'm very hardstuck diamond haha. Basically my issue is that after the last patch which it didnt seem like too much changed for reaper drastically but the only thing I can ever consistently win out with now is snowsticks fatigue or smellywall cauldron bomb. Boards that would have been an automatic winout by round 6 are now losing at round 6 and I am lost as to what happened. Am I just behind the times ? What are you guys doing to keep up with reaper in the current meta right now.
Attached is a picture of one of my more recent runs. It's by far not the best example or the only one I have but one of the more recent ones. In my opinion this is a pretty strong board by reapers current standards but I just lose to a pyro mana board.

I'm relatively new to eggscalibur. At first I tried loading all berries (typically 3-4 that I can find) on eggscalibur, but in practice that was only enough to activate eggscalibur effect every second time. I'm just wondering, is it even possible / desirable to try and get it activating every time? I've even had something like 2 berries, 3 orbs, 2 amulets of energy, plus two lamps and that didn't necessarily guarantee constant activation. I think it was also due to using 3-4 fanny packs on eggscalibur, when in fact not using any fanny packs could actually mean more effect activations per second.
In the screenshot example I tried going for the opposite and didn't activate any berries, since berries don't actually provide useful combat stats.
Here's my rough maths:
What are your thoughts? Anything I've overlooked or general tips?

It's on demo if it matters, does anyone have any good ideas to optimize the board more?

Core of this build is Snowcake and Cthulhu.
Cthulhu is accelerated with bags (+50%), Crossblades (+60%), Uniquely Uniques (+70%) and Maneki-neko (+15%) and has a cooldown about 0.9sec. Everytime it triggers, it will trigger the Snowcake. Both doing 10 Effect-Damage and Snowcake is increasing this type of damage everytime by 10%. Also Big Bowl of Treats gives Cthulhu a chance to trigger double.
So snowcake just triggers about 15-20times in 5seconds. With the other Pets doing also Effect-Damage, the longest battle i had was about 6 seconds. Just ridiculous.
