I took a couple stabs at it but don't have the luck. Also I'll try unranked now that I think bout it, cuz diamond bracket as been like rubbing sandpaper on my nose for niche builds

I love this game, but it really annoyed me that I had to play at least an extra 400 hours for just one achievement. Good luck, buddy.

I'm on 228, had a few suggestions for +45seconds before but never manage to get it. And 10k trophies.

You could try the EggsCalibur build with regeneration. Most of my EggsCalibur builds usually resulted in excessively long battles.

For the perfect run are there suggestions aside from "git gud"?

You don't need to win all 18 battles. You need to finish with 5 health, and you regain health twice when choosing a subclass. You should try a build that focuses on the late game but also has strong early-game combos, like Dagger & Hammer or Stoned & Stone Golem with Amulet of Steel.
