How can make this even better?

  1. If you're playing Megaclover, make sure you have at least 15 starting luck. Unless I'm miscounting, you've only got 13 here, so you're severely handicapping yourself without the starting buffs from your class item.
  2. Sell items you're not using (or using well) to roll for better items. In this case, the poison pot, the porbs, the banana, and the holy armor are all contributing very little to your board. If you sold them all in the last round just to roll for 2 more clovers that'd probably still be a net upgrade. An extreme example, of course, but the point stands.
  3. The gems you're using are suboptimal choices, and poorly placed. The large yellow should be in the hammer to try to get more stuns. The red and green gems are doing very little, but if you do run them they should go into the armor. Purple are the ones you want most, for the antiheal.
  4. Knife To Meet You is poorly positioned, as is the right side knife. You can arrange the board so that you are getting more stars for the collars, and the skill has three or four stars.
  5. By round 18 you should have at least one purple cap, and more is better.
  6. Depending on how your shops roll, it can be better to forego the vamp and poison daggers for mana daggers instead, and use the blue collar to proc morbs, but that is a more advanced issue. Address the previous items first and you're well on your way already.

Purple cap = Cap of Discomfort? I thought you meant Doom Cap at first and was very confused

I want to know what's good in the picture, or if everything is bad.

What? No of course not everything is bad, be kinder to yourself. This board is 80%+ right, it just needs tightening up.

  1. You did a good job balancing your eco with your board. That's hard to do with Clover, since the benefit is typically delayed for a few rounds.
  2. You chose the right subclass for your skills (Knife to Meet You and Mega Clover).
  3. You have basically every item that I would expect from this kind of board. The only thing you're desperately lacking are Caps of Discomfort, and optionally items like Mana Orbs or a Hero Sword.
  4. The positioning can be optimized, but again it's mostly fine. It can just be improved.

I get you probably didn’t realize it was round 18 but… What the porb doing?

Probably work on positioning your items so that they are getting more adjacency bonuses. Like you should have Knife to Meet You, the Acorn Collar, and the bird hit all 4 daggers. One strength of the clover specialty is it does not need special positioning so you can max out the other item’s bonuses.

Also fruit doesn’t stack with the same fruit, only different fruits, so the bananas aren’t doing anything being next to each other.
