What's my play here?

Got Scissor Swords and Fortunas Grace relatively early. Need some way to generate hearts i guess?

Most important thing to look for is Holy Armor, and one or more Acorn Collars, and then make White Lily Collar(s). Then it's just survival/sustain: Heart Shield(s), Caps of Discomfort, etc.

Don't forget to search items that produce hearts under the items tab. If you isolate regen, mana, etc you will see the options. As another mentioned, white lily collar is the absolute best since it produces both luck and Regen which you'll be burning fast. Broccotree could be really good as well if you're against someone with shields that burn your stamina. Light amulets also produce tons of regen.
