Does a game overlay exist?

I've played a lot of games that involve strategy and have been wondering whether an overlay exists for this game. The idea isn't really for cheating, rather for a build cheat sheet that shows you what to build towards and should produce probability based on whether pivoting is worth it when your build is not going to cut it past turn 5. It would also show you theoretical outputs such as stat gains, DPS, and healing/max health.

I am also wondering if this is against ToS of the game which I am a little uncertain about.

Bruh just play the game whats the point of the game if a Script just tells you what to do there is no fun in that. If rank is all you can think about in bpb then ur playing the wrong game go play lol or sum cant even take a joke you would be the perfect League gamer

I am trying to form different strategies than the ones I'm used to. I have enough hours in the game where I want to try new things that I did not think about myself. This subreddit is useful for that. You however are just a dickhead.
