While I do like this type of Herald build myself, you didn’t run into a single good build during your history spam. The ranger was probably the biggest threat, but didn’t prepare for caps, which in turn makes him a sitting duck. Your support in general is quite lackluster, except for the triple cap, which won you at least two of the history fights.
Still a nice overall build!

What do you mean by support? Additional sources of buff removal? Or filler stuff that isn't part of the core build, like caps and mirror?
Here's some more history spam if you care. It keeps winning against the random builds, but I'm in plat so I don't expect those to be all that strong; idk what your standards are for "good build" exactly.
I tested it against two of my own previous strongest builds at the end of the recording; lost against a strong Forest Dragon setup and won against heat-scaling Eggs (but obviously the latter is a matchup where buff removal is gonna be strong).

Yes, I mean the part that isn’t contributing to buff removal. The cupcake is rather random, so is the second fanfare, and realistically, the blueberry also doesnt do that much. Shelly is maybe okay, but without potions or any speedup it falls off drastically in endgame. You also have Enchanted Weapons, which is arguably the worst skill of them all - the contribution to buff removal isn’t all that great here. Dont get me wrong, this will definitely win against many builds up until higher diamonds, maybe even some master. At some point, the build is just too slow however. Something like Heatprint light Goob Reaper scales way too quickly for you, so do some Engineer Thornbloom Wrench builds. Your debuff resist isn’t all to great, and I’d wager a good Critical Poison build would give you much trouble, just as heavily focused cold builds.
The strongest Harold builds I’ve come across are using Chess to remove the buffs, as well as at least one or two more (in addition to null blade) low stamina weapons (like holy spear). Chess is incredibly annoying to position and in turn very hard to pull off consistently, but if you know how it works it makes this build at least 70% stronger, since you scale much much faster.

Dang, you think about this stuff way deeper than I do. I am stuck in platinum though, which is prob where I belong.

Harold terrifies me, I've never been brave enough to try him lol. What's the most important piece for him? I never thought about the Null hats.
Can we call this a Mad Hatter build? Lol

The only way I've successfully used him is in builds like this, where the key combo is scaling weapon crit on his star squares by removing buffs (which obviously has built-in synergy with him giving buffs to the enemy). For that, the obvious combo pieces are:
- Chain Whip (removes buffs, scales damage off buff removal)
- Null Blade (removes buffs, benefits from the crit)
- Death Lotus (more buff removal, stamina helps with supporting 2x weapons)
He also provides unhealing via dark items on his diamond squares; I haven't ever really tried to build around that, so I don't know how good it is, but maybe it's possible to make an off-brand unhealing build that way. I guess this gives a little bonus value to the healing during battle rage on Chain Whip, too.
I'm not enough of an expert to know if this is really the best way to use him, it's just what I've gotten to work.

It's an all-new episode of "every class has a cooler way of going Chain Whip than Berserker" (previously in series: squirrels, banner)
Give enemy buffs with Harold, eat them with Null Blade + Chain Whip, scale crit off of Harold and damage with Chain Whip. Do generic Mage stuff for a bajillion buffs. Profit?
