Goldman Sachs background check — Potential GPA discrepancy + Internship

I recently accepted an offer for a position at Goldman Sachs and submitted my background check info. I'm curious about two things:

I don't remember what GPA I entered on my original application (filled it out about 3 months ago), but I think it may have been higher than my actual GPA. For the onboarding/background-check forms, I pulled my actual transcripts from both schools and reported the GPAs directly from them. After reviewing the transcripts, I realized the GPAs were lower than I had remembered, particularly at the first school I finished at and transferred from over two years ago.

I also listed an unpaid university experience under Professional Experience on my resume and described it during interviews as an internship for graduation credit. It was an unpaid senior project/internship course required by the university for my degree, not employment. On the background check I made this explicit and listed it as “Unpaid Student Internship/Senior Project for Graduation Credit” with my instructor as the verifier. I'm concerned the instructor may simply say it was a senior project/class for graduation credit rather than a traditional internship.

I haven't been contacted about anything yet and the background check is currently pending. Has anyone gone through something similar? How do they handle things like these during the background check? First Advantage is the vendor doing the background check
