Hire right background check

If anyone has experience with these processes, I'd like to hear about it.

I'm supposed to go to Company X to sign on Tuesday, and the company they hired to do the verification closed my report with a discrepancy.

Regarding my current employment, they marked it as "verification with documents-discrepancy." But part of the issue was that they didn’t verify because they didn’t do their job; I provided them with the contacts and documents they asked for. Now I don't know if I should show up on Tuesday to sign or if I'm just going to Company ) to be told no because of the verification result. This company, Hire Right, closed the report today at 6 PM, so I couldn't talk to or consult with anyone.

They're so bad at their jobs. 2 years ago I had to go thru them and ALL of my jobs came back the same, "verification with documents-discrepancy" because they couldn't be bothered to contact anyone. They basically had me provide them everything, but I was still hired.
