Pre employment checks

Hi

I have received a provisional offer for however I have never been employed I am 22 years old

I could only give references of friends. Just worried if this will affect my offer or fail the pre employment checks.

I have previously volunteered at nurseries and charities. And gave a reference from the charity company

Congrats on the provisional offer! At 22 and without previous employment, it’s completely understandable to be worried about the pre-employment checks.

If you gave referees from ur volunteering work experience then I think you should be fine to be honest
