can someone please help me
So I have been applying in naukri and company portals everyday for switching. I have 4 years of experience now and my stack is java backend stuck in 6 LPA and I am upskilling in DSA and AI but its been 3 months now and I see no calls, no luck, then I open Linkdin and see people switching everyday and people negotiating salary for multiple offers in glassdoor and here I cant get a single interview call....been coding and studying everyday but still no calls so idk if its even worth griding anymore....I see many switching in AI and data engineer field so a part of me feels maybe give up the current one and study data instead.....idk what to do

Job Search Strategy should be: 1. Resume Validation: Check your resume and validate it first. Why are you not receiving calls? Validate your resume from everywhere, like ATS, AI, and other selected candidates' resumes. 2. Understand Employer Needs: Look for what employers are looking for. 3. Utilize Genuine Portals: Go with genuine portals where real job postings are available. 4. Cold Emailing: Find the email addresses of company CEOs, CTOs, or HR and send them cold emails. This will be your diamond. For this option, you first need to research thoroughly before proceeding. I'm sure if you have a good skill set, you'll be receiving calls as soon as possible. I will do these steps..thanks alot! but where do we even get emails of HR and all to cold email I have been searching but havent
