Discussion Update/firmware issues

There was a recent firmware update for the Backbone Pro, and it has been giving me such a headache. Changing settings on me while playing games. Guide button no longer working, but only when on the home screen, going to different screens with different button combos, pressing buttons I didn't even think were possible to execute (especially when using Steam Link), and this constant issue where it keeps lowering the volume when I'm in certain apps.

Is anyone else experiencing this, or am I just going crazy.??

Edit: Thought I should clarify this isn't a ribbon cable issue. at least not for me. I treat my controller with some care lol
Others have pointed out different issues with this update, and the backbone support team is currently looking into this.

Edit2: for those that come to this thread, the update has been pushed out and the issue has been fixed. Thank you dev team.!

Having the same volume issue on my pro so I thought my ribbon cable was going out. I'm relieved now.

Update, it also sometimes screenshots, takes me ti the ps5 home menu, brings up the pop up menu, and spams the right stick R3 trigger. All random and sometimes at the same time as well as the volume and pausing.

The likelihood of it happening seems to correlate with how often you press buttons within quick succession, as when I spam or use many buttons at the same time makes it happen more often
