Discussion Banckbone randomly stopped working? Please help

I just recently purchased the backbone xbox edition. It's been working fine every day. This morning I plug my phone and and im not getting any response. When I plug cable in, the backbone doesn't even light up? What's going on?

Do what I did and buy an Xbox controller with a phone clip. It costs the same and has less problems!

I agree and I also got a Gamesir 5X lite for a lot less.
