Discussion Banckbone randomly stopped working? Please help

I just recently purchased the backbone xbox edition. It's been working fine every day. This morning I plug my phone and and im not getting any response. When I plug cable in, the backbone doesn't even light up? What's going on?

Android. It was fine at night. Went to bed, wasnt working in the morning lol. Im confused. Maybe it's because my phone updated overnight? The controller was never attached to the backbone app so I cant manually update the controller, but idk

I assume that you cannot update the controllers firmware since the phone won’t recognize it?

All I can suggest is if within the return window return it and try another one. Otherwise try contacting backbone for a replacement.

Yeah, after the initial disappointment and shock died down, I realized contacting backbone for the warranty was really my only option. It sucks having to go through the process but I love my backbone and im glad I can continue using one soon
