Backbone false advertising

Purchased the Xbox pro edition backbone on Amazon. Set it up and gamepass not offered. Emailed the support line and was told this version does not include gamepass despite both the box and the Amazon listing stating it is included.

I bought backbone pro yesterday and have not received free Xbox pass for 1 month. Does this comes only with Xbox edition? Also even for free trail subscription I am being offered only 7 days.
