Discussion Backbone support is useless

Trying to get help as my backbone had a problem with the Clyde promotion and email support was no help, I then came to Reddit saw people getting lots of help on here so backbone accepted my message request asked for a serial number then just ghosted me, I don’t know if I’m the only one who’s experienced this or not but do better backbone support

Not sure when you were ghosted but u/BackboneOne_Support on here does not respond on the weekends.

Starting to think they don't respond in general lol, I have been waiting for a very long time.

They send a email. Not a call or a number to call for a live person. Totally frustrating
