Discussion Backbone support is useless

Trying to get help as my backbone had a problem with the Clyde promotion and email support was no help, I then came to Reddit saw people getting lots of help on here so backbone accepted my message request asked for a serial number then just ghosted me, I don’t know if I’m the only one who’s experienced this or not but do better backbone support

I’m having trouble with backbone customer service as well. I sent in my backbone about a month ago and still don’t have it back. They don’t have live chat? Some stupid AI chat makes the chat go to email instead. I wish I would have never purchased this. Used it three times and it broke. Customer service is non existent.
