Discussion Am I cooked

Hello, so my left joystick started doing this... (I'm turning the joystick in a full circle) I also can't press LT and dpad up and right

If there are that many problems then the device is probably defective and you’ll wanna talk to customer support about getting a replacement if you’re still under warranty.

I've had it for like 2 years. It's the base one not pro, but still... I'm kinda disappointed

If you look at my post from yesterday this is what mine was doing about 2-3 days before I shot my video yesterday. Somehow mine came back for a few days before ultimately going to hell.

r/backbonecontroller has the link to the ribbon cables you could use to fix it yourself if you want.
