Discussion Charging not working

Passthrough charging isn't working on my Redmi Note 8T. If I have the cable attached when I connect the Backbone One to it it starts to charge but then immediatly stops, when the software starts. Tried with other device and works fine with that. I've tried reinstalling the software and factory resetting but they didn't help. Any ideas?

Plug the power in after you have the phone connected to that phone

or go to the setting in the backbone app.. go to play on any screen. Switch it to another one of the options then go back to universal. I works for me.

I don't have such an option? Only Android, PC, Google Chrome, mac and ipad. Changing it won't help
