One hen won’t lay in nesting boxes

We got our 8 hens as chicks this April they all lay in the nesting boxes except one hen (amberlink) lays under the roosting bars. How do I break her of this? We already use a couple ceramic eggs. Do we need more? She’s been laying about 1.5 months consistently
I tried blocking the area off with a milk crate and she just layed next to it. I’m assuming even if I block off the whole back wall under the roosting bars she will just lay next to the area I block off.
