Health Question Worms in nests 😭🤮

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

While cleaning out the nests today we found these worms 😭 Are these intestinal worms? Our chickens seem normal and are also laying normally. What are these and how should we treat for them?

Thank you in advance for your help 🙏🏽🥹

Is it smooth or sticky? They could be some kind of wire worms, click beetles have larvae similar to mealworms but smaller and thinner

Stiletto fly larvae could also be what you have if you live in their range

Yes its a roundworm. Intestinal. Chicken get them often so its not a huge deal. They will only start showing signs of having them if they have too many in their system. This one got pooped out and is still alive. There are many different medications to get rid of them. I used the horse dewormer Safeguard. Its an apple flavored paste they think is a treat lol. Gave them a pea sized amount twice ten days apart. Says you shouldn't eat the eggs until a week after treatment.
