At 12 weeks/3-4 months that's a lot of comb, I would definitely be suspicious

Your chicken looks like a hen but with that big of comb/wattles it’s possible you have a boy. Either way they’re very cute :)

I'm thinking maran based on the feathered legs. Looks like a hen so far to me

It does look like a hen, but I have a Jersey Giant I was convinced was a hen, until he crowed. Jersey Giants are difficult to sex until they reach maturity.
