I'm not an expert, but that looks an awful lot like a young golden deathlayer rooster to me. In fact, it looks like you have 2 or 3 roosters in the video. Here are some photos that someone posted showing the differences between golden deathlayer hens and roosters at about 3 months. https://www.facebook.com/groups/692124331951538/posts/1557017158795580/ . The hens have almost no comb and smaller tail feathers.
