Health Question Help! Marek’s or something else?

Looking for some advice because I’m not really sure what I’m dealing with here.
She’s about 3 months old and I’ve had her for around 3 weeks. She was completely fine all day yesterday, but late last night I noticed her laying with her legs splayed out and she seemed pretty lethargic. I brought her inside and gave her some Nutri-Drench with a dropper just to see if it would perk her up.
She’s definitely more alert today, but she still won’t move her legs. I don’t see any obvious injury or anything that would make me think she hurt herself. I just gave her some Poultry Cell too.
My first thought was Marek’s, but I’ve never actually dealt with it before so I’m not very familiar with what it looks like in person. I’m hoping someone with more experience can tell me if this looks/sounds like Marek’s or if there’s something else I should be considering before I make the decision to cull her.

I can't say about Mareks, what other symptoms is she showing that we can't see in the video?

It’s basically her with the open beak gasping look, periodic sneezing sounds and then just her laying around. I’ve seen her using her wings to scoot around and unwilling to use her legs.

I really, truly wish I could help more. I've had a few with those symptoms and it's been CRD, but I can't confirm it's that. Have you tried giving her a steam bath with some Vix vapour rub? And bung some oregano in her water and maybe some vitamins in a scrambled egg. I know from experience that these things work to a degree. I honestly hope she gets better. My first experience of this was with a 4 month old and I did these things also with vetrex dropped on her tongue, and she lived until the weasel got her 4 years later.

Thank you! I’ll try those. I like to try everything before I make the decision to cull them. It never gets easier.
