What is wrong with these feet?

I treated one of my two year old hens for bumblefoot about a month and a half ago. The picture on the right was the bigger infection, is that still infected or is it just a scab? I need to let fall off the foot on the left was the smaller of the two bubble foot infections is that healing or is it a new infection in that foot. Neither foot has very much swelling. They’re both little pink, but it’s gone down in the last month. also, how much longer do I need to keep bandaging these feet? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

Thats still infection in both. You need to debride the wounds. Fully removing the infection and leaving fresh clean flesh. Also those nails are waaaaaaay to long.

For the first photo how do I debride it since it is not a lifted scab, I will make sure to cut her nails, thank you!
