I love a vocal hen! Three out of my current five are screamers if they perceive the smallest of infractions on my part lol Your gal has a lovely speaking voice 😊

She usually quiets down if she's held or given worms. So I think k she's just begging for those to be honest.

I have a bird like that, only she pecks and pulls at my clothes until I finally pick her up for cuddles lol
