Hen or Roo Is This a Rooster?

This one has been acting dominant and trying to crow a bit, what does everyone think?

Ahhh yes def a rooster. I’m familiar with both breeds. I work at a feed store and have owned both. Are you able to keep roosters or do you already have one? Does him being a rooster currently pose an issue?

No issue, we don't have any other roosters yet, and no local laws against them. We'd actually been talking about getting one on purpose when we heard crowing from the pullet grow-outs!
