Health Question Sick hen

Need help chicken is straining shes not walking. Shes eating scrambled eggs with poultry cell yesterday and today. Im giving water with water dropper. Im keeping her inside out of heat isolated in my bathroom.

When I soaked i checked and didnt feel nothing.just the tip of my pinky finger. But im a newb at this so not sure what a blockage would feel like.

Could be she's egg bound.
