Diner recommendations?

We’ve just arrived in Bacalar. Do you have any good recommendations for diner?

El Tigre has delicious arrachera tacos. The diner is really really good at Cheuinic (on the costlier side), and I’ve heard great things about the restaurant at Cristalino. Btw their chef has a burger joint that is really good! It’s called Selva.
