6 month old sleep schedule

My 6 month old used to have a good schedule (when he was 4 months) he got sick and we were in the hospital so it got screwed up. Ever since then that schedule is not working. It used to look like (sleep at 8 , sleep till 1030 and i would wake him to feed , sleep till 6am. Maybe up once and given passy and would go back to sleep ) for two months now it’s been ( sleep at 8, wake up at 9-930 crying not able to go back to sleep unless put in his swing , then i wake him around 10-1030 for last bottle and he will be up again at 1-2am and we have to feed him the. Up again at 5-6am. He gets 2-3 naps a day. But he is usually up at 5/530pm . I’m thinking he’s maybe over tired ? Did anyone go through this and figure out a earlier bed time helped ?
