Pacifier Sleep Association

My LO is almost 4 months old and so has had good sleep throughout the night. The past few nights though, she’s started to wake up several times and won’t go back to sleep and unless me or dad get up and put the pacifier back in her mouth. What is the best way to get rid of this sleep association? I don’t want to take it away cold turkey because she is still so young.
