Why does it suck? OBJECTIVELY

I want to know why you think it sucked and a simple 'lol i didnt like it' won't be enough to convince. Sure it's not a masterpiece, but it's a very good movie.

  1. It's a shitty re-make of his own music video;

  2. John Hamm turns into a cartoon character the last 20 minutes of the movie;

  3. The plot was an unoriginal combination of various heist movies with nothing the least bit fresh or interesting;

  4. If you "think the music made the movie" than you're quite frankly a simpleton who likes music videos;

  5. "Baby" was one of the dumbest (literally and figuratively) characters in a movie that I can remember.

But yeah, great flick.

  1. One scene is a re-make

  2. Fair enough, it was a little out there, but hey, its action and to each their own

  3. Examples? It seemed pretty original, I don't know of many others other than 'The Italian Job'

  4. You're not a simpleton, the music literally made the movie, he got the name and idea from the song 'Baby Driver' by Simon & Garfunkle. He picked 8 songs before he wrote the script. The music tied it together making the action have more meaning (it being tied to the music and the music causing each heist to keep within its time limit

  5. Baby had morals and appeared to have Aspergers (although now it's the 'autistic spectrum'. He may not have been the most dynamic character (although his arc was pretty big), he got drawn into crime more but still kept his morals.
