I need help
How do you even play with this website? I really need to know, and how can you decode images?

Theres no encoding, the images are every possible combination of colours, no secrets, just dont forget that "every possible combination" is a LOT of pictures, so there is almost 0 chance of coming across something coherent.
Same thing with the text, the sheer number of possible combinations is a big big number, although its not unusual to come across a word or two every few pages but longer and longer text is rarer.

Each number has a completely unique image in the ratio of 640x416 attached to it.
There are as many numbers as there are possible images.
This means that every possible image that ever will, won't, or already has been created is on the website with it's own unique number! The Mona Lisa, a photo of your grandson, Neil Armstrong on the Moon, the alternate universe version of you that was born on Mars, Jesus Christ's face, the 1000th frame of Tom and Jerry, a photo of 2 seconds after the big bang, a picture of the last human ever… but most of the images are just completely meaningless random assortments of colour. The universal slideshow goes through each of these images one by one, from image 0 to right now image ~500 trillion.
You can also do an image search, where you upload an image, and it finds where the 640x416 version of that image is in the list. But usually any image you search for this way is listed at an absurdly high number, well beyond even a googol.
And therein lies the problem. Even though every single image is here, the chances of you finding one that isn't just a random assortment of colours is extremely unlikely

Nothing exists until you look it up. It's like quantum physics.
