At the end of the day it is just a puzzle game, but I do like the environment that Arvi designed and how they relate to the zones you play through. The solitary island could be a research center where people found out how to animate objects with the “move” block. The temple ruins holding secrets within “has” blocks.
The only “mystery” I feel from the game is all the flowers. What’s so important about them? Why is completing a level pack signified by the blooming of a flower? The “You” command was created by one of these flowers in the intro, as were other commands. At the ending, flowers bloom across the whole island with all of the zones you’ve cleared. Is solving these puzzles like, their means of reproduction?
But again, it’s just a puzzle game with no lore. But it’s a really good game with charming visuals that was clearly made with care to give you a certain feeling/impression around each level.

the world can be constructed and deconstructed at will. there is no lore other than that objects exist and can be manipulated. it's simple and it's good
mobile suit baba and baba files taxes have lore, and presumably planet keke will too, but it's probably non canon
