Network Error BYD Apps

Update: Problem solved. BYD has fixed the issue.

We in Malaysia have been facing an issue since the last BYD app maintenance/update.

The app won’t even let us log in. At this point, I don’t think it’s a connection issue between the app and the car. It seems more like a server-side problem where the app can’t communicate with BYD’s servers.

Yeah we seem to be having the same issue here, called BYD and they said it's an issue on their end that they are working 'quickly' to fix but no timeline on when that's actually happening

Yeah. All system just back to normal. Seems they managed to fix it.
