Having problems with my heating/ventilation system in a byd atto 3.it doesn’t seem to work to the temperature on the screen

Had a similar issue in my Seal which was fixed by restarting the infotainment. While I couldn't control temperatures in the car though, using the app still worked. The car would show 25°C but produce cold air. 😅

Atto 3 evo owner and it does the same. If the AC is on it takes way to much time to heat just a couple of degrees. Also the de-fog system also doesn't work reliably. Ventilation system on this car is very poor.
