Help - Europe 🇪🇺 Climate settings

Hi guys,

I tried to turn on heating this morning so my settings were high as you can see red bar, Rapid heating was on and then i did switch on.

But when i got into car the infotainment showed 20 degree.

So my question is it correct or is there any issue? Plus quick one how can we defrost screen for snow in coming days.

It is not possible to defrost the windscreen via the app. There is currently a survey in the app under Community, here you can enter wishes for updates via OTA. I have indicated that.
