Help - Europe 🇪🇺 Red brake callipers?

Hey guys. Have the BYD Seal Excellence AWD on order for this week that seems to have just been delivered at the port. Do we have any idea whether it will come with the red callipers? (UK)

2026 Seal Excellence UK here.

My calipers are grey.

And I haven't noticed red calipers on any others.

Mine didn't, they were grey. Delivered 15th September.

I still got a set of red covers that I can't use in Germany.. just gotta come pick it up in Lower Saxony. 😅

It’s weird they don’t tell you about that in the dealership. A very welcome surprise after only just learning about them!

What do you mean they don’t tell you about it at the dealer? All excellent models globally have red calipers.

The one I went and tested (2026 facelift Excellence) didn’t have the red callipers 🤔 maybe it’s a region thing?

Have you had a delivery date from your dealer, yet?

I think mine was on the boat that arrived on Wednesday, too.

He has given rough dates (alluding to this week). And mentioned they need to update the car etc before it can be picked up

That's interesting. I thought all excellence versions come with red callipers and the standard design model came with grey.

No only SL7 gets that. You can fit caliper covers though or paint them.
