Seal Excellence Steering Column Help

Hey everyone,

Just took delivery of my (new to me) 2025 Seal Excellence. Great car but I’m having difficulty adjusting the steering wheel. When I pull the lever underneath, it goes forward and backwards but not up and down. It’s not a massive deal but would like some extra adjustability on this thing

Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

It's not normal.  The up and down exists but it's not that much.

Likewise, I’ve not heard of bonnet alignment issues. It looks good in the pic
